Starting Wednesday January 28, 2015 at the Carib Cinema, the Palace Amusement Company will be introducing our New Online Ticket System and Retrieval Process.



Purchase your Movie Tickets at Home, Office or On The Go!

1. Log on to www.palaceamusement.com

2. Select Theatre, Title, Date and Time of your movie
(Buy as many tickets as you wish for the same Theatre, Title, Date
and Time, on one transaction. Advanced purchases limited to one
week prior to performance)

3. Select your Seat
●BOX (buy a specific seat)
●GENERAL (arrive early for best options)

4. Enter your Palace Card number

5. Enter amount for your ticket

6. Click Submit

7. Print


Retrieve Your Ticket at the Theatre

1. Go to Ticket Kiosk

2. Select:
●Retrieve using Palace Card

OR

●Retrieve Using Bar Code

Next:
●Swipe Palace Card and print movie ticket

OR

●Scan Barcode or Enter Number Manually
and print movie ticket

3. Go to the Auditorium of choice, hand your ticket
to the Usher and enjoy the show


Retrieve ticket at Kiosk or Box Office any time prior to performance. Must use same Palace Card that made purchase. Each online transaction attracts a Service Fee of $100.
